- Givat Yehuda (Old Neighbourhood)The original centre: mostly private houses around city hall, the library and the main matnas on Ben Gurion St, now with pinui-binui towers going up on its western side. - HaShacharThe smallest neighbourhood: private houses, a public garden and a few shops between Route 4, Bar-Ilan and the Givat Shmuel interchange, where the Jerusalem and intercity buses stop. Average asking rent 6,600 NIS (Realta, only 6 listings).
- Ramat HadarThe eastern neighbourhood begun in the 1990s: high-rises and more than 200 cottages, Kanyon HaGiva and the Rogovin centre, Ramon Park and the linear park, four synagogues, an ulpana and three mikvaot. - Ramat Hadar HaHadasha (Southern Triangle)The newest area, built since 2017 between Ramat Ilan, Ramat Hadar and Route 471: residential towers, Park Darom, an education campus (Kanfei Ruach, the six-year high school, Yeshivat Bnei Akiva) and a sports hall. Average asking rent 8,633 NIS (Realta, 10 listings).
- Pardes RosenblumOne of the two original 1948 neighbourhoods, now the link between Ramat Hadar and Giora: three residential towers and a mall, two synagogues, Bnei Akiva and Ezra branches and the city's historic water tower. No rent average found.Places listed here: 1
- Giora (Shikun Giora Josephtal)The northern housing estate completed in 1966: older buildings and houses, a commercial centre, gardens and a basketball court, with a municipal urban-renewal plan promoted since 2015. The lowest average asking rent, 5,480 NIS (Realta, 37 listings).
- Ramat HaDekalimThe northern neighbourhood founded in 1999, toward Petah Tikva: high-rises and cottages, Holmes Place, the Moreshet Menachem and Moreshet Neria schools, two commercial centres, the HaBayit HaYarok matnas branch and the large Pineles Park. - Bar-Ilan University campusBar-Ilan's main campus at the south-west corner of the city (in Ramat Gan's jurisdiction): the International School, the dorms (yearly contracts October to September), the women's Midrasha and a campus shul.
